XS: Welcome everyone to Demolition Pro Wrestling’s Demolition Derby tournament! This is the first of three big nights of DPW action! You’re going to see some of the best Strong Style wrestling in the US today, with a 16-man elimination tournament, and the eight men competing in that tournament tonight will have to win not one but two matches tonight to advance to the final four. The winner of the championship will net 10 large, as well as a title shot at our next event, The Punishment Due.

AM: Not only that, Xander, but we are going to have a three-fall series between the DPW champion and the heart and soul of this company Corey O’Brian, against the man who stands against everything DPW is about, Chris Koger, for the big belt. However unlike most best-of-three matches, we will have the falls over the course of the weekend.

XS: But before we get to any of that folks, Jin Haisha is in the ring, and he’s got what has got to be without a doubt the most uphill battle in his career of uphill battles. Because he faces the now dethroned Monster Takeshi, who is NOT happy with having lost his title via countout at Holy Wars.

PRELIM MATCH: JIN HAISHA VS MONSTER TAKESHI

Right off the bat, Takeshi charges to Haisha and hammers at him with a series of closed fists to the head. The referee admonishes Takeshi, who picks Haisha up and literally throws him across the ring. Haisha staggers to his feet and pumps his fists as if channeling some inner strength, then UNLOADS with a series of chops which would look pretty impressive if it weren’t for the fact that they were having ABSOLUTELY NO EFFECT on Takeshi, who simply watches Haisha and even picks his nose a bit. Eventually he elbows Haisha in the face and hammers him with a Knockout Lariat. The cover, one, two, Takeshi pulls the shoulder up, hoists him up and drops him with the Falcon Arrow Driver. Cover, one, two, again Takeshi breaks his own pin.

AM: Monster Takeshi just punishing Haisha, who has got to be out of it. The referee may want to call this for Haisha’s own well-being....

Takeshi casually waits in the corner for Jin Haisha to get to his feet and went to deliver another Knockout Lariat, but Haisha ducks and nails the Superkick out of nowhere, making Takeshi stumble!

XS: “Most Failure” is refusing to call it quits!

Haisha stomps the canvas before delivering another Superkick, and Takeshi tiiiiiiiiiiiiimbers to the canvas! Haisha goes for the cover... KICKOUT AT ONE!

AM: That’s got to be a mental blow to Haisha, that superkick is his best move, and even TWO of them couldn’t fell Monster Takeshi!

Haisha tries for the hat trick, but as he goes for the attempt Takeshi just shoulders him down before delivering a vicious elbow to the heart, picking Haisha up and delivering the Tokyo Tower Bomb!

XS: Well, this one’s over... wait... no...

Monster Takeshi picks up Haisha and puts him in position, delivering a SECOND Tokyo Tower Bomb, and starts to hoist him up again before the referee calls for the bell while Haisha is still alive! Takeshi lets go of Haisha who collapses to the canvas and raises his arms before heading out

AM: Well there you have it, the referee ending this match via TKO for Haisha’s own safety... and I don’t know I think Haisha may need an ambulance...

Sure enough, the referee throws up the X, and EMTs start to head down to ringside to get Haisha out.. but before they could put him on the stretcher, Haisha gets up to his knees.

XS: You really got to feel sympathetic to Haisha, he puts so much heart into this business and keeps trying after loss after loss...

Haisha stumbles out of the ring, and using the stretcher for support until the EMTs help him to the back, and the crowd applauds Haisha’s spirit as he leaves the ringside area

AM: He may have lost this match, but no question about it he has had to have earned some respect for facing the man who ran over every challenger in his path as champion.

TOURNAMENT- FIRST ROUND BLOCK A
MATCH ONE: KEVIN WILLIAMS VS ???

Kevin Williams was in the ring when “Need for Steve” by Machinae Supremacy played, and out came a wrestler in green tights, a bowtie (but no shirt), and with bleached blonde hair

Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, introducing the first graduate from the DPW Dojo, from South Bleach, Florida, weighing in at 200 pounds even, he is “The Indyriffic One” Steve Evans!

XS: ...Why is he wearing a bowtie?

The bell rang and “The Anarchist” immediately went for Evans, locking up with the newbie. They jockey for position but end up breaking, and Evans kicks Williams in the shin a couple times before the two traded elbow strikes. Eventually Evans would duck an elbow, grab Williams’ leg, trip the other one, and yell “I JUST KICKED YOUR LEG OUT FROM UNDER YOUR LEG!” before applying a half crab.

AM: Evans looking very good so far.

Kevin managed to get to the ropes and Evans would pull him to the center of the ring by the leg, but Williams got to his feet and kicked away from Evans’ grip, hitting a lariat and following up with an Anarchy Stomp. Pin gets two, and Evans scoops and slams Williams before nailing a leg drop and going to the top rope. Williams would roll out of the way and get on one knee, putting his finger to his lips as Evans would hit the moonsault on nothing but canvas, Williams immediately following up with a La Magistral for another nearfall. Evans would hit a belly to belly, before picking Williams up and hitting him with a Tiger Driver for a nearfall, Kevin rolling to his feet and dropkicking Evans in the face before putting him the Irish Whip and setting up for Anarchy Round the World, but Evans slipped out of the move, spun Kevin around, and nailed a sick DDT! He then reached into his boots...

XS: Wait a second! Is he going for a foreign object?! The head trainer Corey O’Brian would not appreciate... wait a second... is that a...

Xander’s realization was that Evans wasn’t getting a weapon, he was getting a SLIM JIM! He opened the package and got to the top rope, biting into it as he hit a beautiful flying elbow! One, two, kickout!

AM: Evans really snapped into that Slim Jim, Xander...

Williams may have kicked out of that elbow but he was definately on his last legs, and Evans put him in a suplex position, yelling “PERFECT HAIR FOREVER!” before hoisting up Kevin and rotating 180 degrees before dropping Williams with a brainbuster in the middle of the ring before floating over! One, two, three!

MATCH TWO: SHINOKUMO VS HOTAKA TOKUDO

Shinokumo goes right out of the gate with a dropkick to the leg of “The Battle Lord”, and Tokudo goes down clutching his leg, Shinokumo following up with a knee drop to the injured appendage.

XS: He must have watched Tokudo’s match at Holy Wars and figured that Tokudo’s leg was still hurting.

Shinokumo stands Tokudo up and does a Dragon Screw on the injured leg, hoisting him back up for a second but Tokudo managed to free his leg and deliver a closed fist to the chest, followed by a series of elbows and chops. He went for a scoop slam but his leg gave out on him and Shinokumo fell on top of him for a one count.

AM: Tokudo might not be able to deliver any of his big moves, leaving him to his striking game which, while a formidable one, isn’t nearly as dangerous as that of Shinokumo.

Tokudo got to his feet but Shinokumo, using the infamous “Inoki Technique”, stayed on the ground while kicking at Tokudo’s leg. Eventually Tokudo backed away from Shinokumo forcing him to get back to a vertical base, using the Green Mist before going to the ropes and nailing a leg lariat! Cover, one, two, kickout. Shinokumo got to his feet and hit the Muta-style moonsault press, one, two, kickout. Shinokumo was still able to get up before Tokudo could recover and nailed a Penalty Kick, one, two, kickout! Shinokumo finally decided he had ENOUGH and set up for the Blood Web Driver, but Tokudo blocked it, and hoisted Shinokumo for what looked like a backdrop, but his legs again gave out on him and fell on his backside, Shinokumo landing on his head like an Ax Guillotine Driver! Tokudo didn’t go for the pin, but instead crawled to the ropes, bringing himself to his feet as Shinokumo seemed to be out of it, but finally Shinokumo managed to get to his feet to eat a lariat! Tokudo went back to the ropes, leaning on his good leg as Shinokumo again got back to his feet... ANOTHER lariat, and his leg almost caused him to collapse this time. He was able to recover and get to the ropes, but a third lariat attempt would end with Shinokumo dropkicking the injured leg, and then he followed up with a Northern Lights Bomb. One, two, three!

XS: Really hard-fought match, but Tokudo’s injured leg kept him from picking up the win. Maybe he should consider taking some time off to let that heal.

MATCH THREE: Chris DaMico vs Thomas Clarke

Clarke and DaMico spent the first minuite or so faking out each other, until Clarke finally shot at DaMico, taking him to a guard position, but DaMico grabbed his arms and wrapped his legs around them, crossing his legs so his boots were pressing up on Clarke’s neck.

XS: I’ve never seen that hold before, DaMico is a master of these unique holds and pinning combinations. If he wins this tournament, and Corey beats Koger... man would that ever be a must-see match...

Clarke was able to back into the ropes, and both men went back to the veritcal base. Clarke whipped DaMico into the corner and DaMico did his trademark “Wall Flip”, but Clarke was ready for it using the wall flip to put him in position for Her Majesty’s Backdrop! A cover got two, and Clarke would try another lateral press for a one count. He put DaMico in a headlock, but “The King of Roses” got to a standing position, escaped via a go-behind hammerlock, then hopped on Clarke’s shoulders before hitting a Mysterio Rana for a nearfall, rolling through and putting Clarke’s legs in a figure four, then holding onto them as he bent over and locked Clarke’s upper body crucifix style before rolling Clarke’s shoulders to the mat! This also got a nearfall, and DaMico would hit Clarke with his one-legged dropkick. He looked like he was going for a Delphin Clutch but Clarke kicked him in the head and quickly took control with a half crab! DaMico got to the ropes and rolled under the ropes to the apron. Clarke tried to bring him back to the ring the hardway but DaMico rolled with it and used an old-school prawn hold for a nearfall. Clarke would recover with a butterfly suplex and followed up with a keylock armbar. DaMico bridged to loosen up the hold but Clarke instead grabbed DaMico’s leg and rolled him to his feet and nailed a short-range London Bomber! The cover... one... two... KICKOUT! Clarke would then set for Her Majesty’s Backbreaker but DaMico used the momentum to his favor with a lucha-style arm drag reversal, finally wrapping Clarke in the La Rosa Del Entiero submission! Clarke tried to avoid giving up but there was nowhere to go, and eventually he had to condede the match!

MATCH FOUR: Socks O’Brian vs Masashi Togashi

Togashi started this match with chops that floored Socks each time they landed, but eventually Socks would get hit with one that didn’t floor him and he’d answer with some chops of his own, landing a dropkick that sent Togashi into the corner, then Socks did a machinegun chop combo, ending it with a jumping knee to the face! Socks would run to the ropes to follow up with a lariat that sent Togashi over the ropes. Socks would try to suplex Togashi back into the ring, but Togashi would block it and send Socks to the floor! Hopping off the apron Togashi would roll Socks back into the ring for a pinfall attempt: One, Two, kickout at two. Socks would get a couple Fireman’s Carries off but Togashi would elbow him in the face and delivered a vertical suplex followed by a gutwrench suplex. Socks would recover and nail a superkick, those socked feet hitting Togashi right in the mouth!

AM: Stocking Stuffer!

This only stunned Togashi however, so Socks had to deliver an enzuigiri before heading to the ropes to
Attempt a “Sock Hop” running stomp of DOOM but Togashi rolls away and gets to his feet and hits a lariat on the way up, then lifted Socks putting him in the full nelson before going for the Dragon Suplex, however Socks would lower his center of gravity in an attempt to prevent the lift, so Togashi let go, elbowed Socks HARD in the back of the head before locking the full nelson back in and hitting that Dragon Suplex! One, two, three!

DPW Tag Team Championship: EUROSTAR (Amazing Jean-Paul and Tony Pescarelli) vs Satanic Legion (Eric Gacy and Raiku Daisatsu) (c)

EUROSTAR was looking for redemption due to their huge loss against the Legion, Tony starting out against Daisatsu and nailing a pair of armdrags before following up with an armbar, but Daisatsu gets to the ropes. Tony attempts a dropkick but Daisatsu swats it down, headbutting Tony who stumbles to his partner. AJP springboards off the apron and nails a flying spinkick and then nails a flawless Hollywood Star Press for a two count. Daisatsu was continuously nailed by Savate kicks, until he managed to block a roundhouse kick and nail a vicious headbutt. Tag to Gacy who grabbed AJP by the singlet and bumrushed him shoulderfirst into the steel ringpost. Gacy then pulls AJP to the center of the ring by his feet then does a giant swing while AJP is still facing down, throwing him like a rag doll when he was done. Tag back to Daisatsu, who would set up for the Satanic Offering but AJP would escape and hit a Tiger Suplex whip, tagging Pescarelli in.

XS: That looked like it was going to be it there.

Pescarelli would get to the top rope for a crossbody for a two count, and then set up for a half hatch suplex, but Daisatsu would hoist Tony in the air and flip him over to the canvas. He would drop the headbutt and tag Gacy in, who would measure Pescarelli as he got to his feet... then nailed the “Spike Through Your Head” running boot before elbowing AJP off the apron. Then he lifted Pescarelli up and hit the Black Spiral Dance. One, two, three.

AM: And once again, the Satanic Legion make quick work of the team that managed to put away the O’Brians. This team seem to be unstoppable, just like Monster Takeshi was as DPW Champion.

QUARTERFINAL MATCHES
MATCH ONE: Steve Evans vs Masashi Togashi

Evans started this one, having more time to rest than Togashi, throwing a deep arm drag followed by a springboarding cross body block for a quick one count, and rolled off posing for the crowd. His posturing allowed Togashi to recover, stiffing him with an elbow and a series of chops. He threw Evans into the ropes and hit a knee lift to the face following up with a scoop slam and a chinlock. Evans would slip out of the hold and rolled to the apron. Standing up, he shouldered Togashi in the gut and hopped over the ropes, catching Togashi’s waist with a legs to hit a Yoshi Tonic for a two count!

XS: Nicely done there, usually you only see a regular sunset flip from that position. I might steal that two nights from now.

Evans would slam Togashi down, then CABBAGE PATCH over Togashi before hitting a big legdrop. He wouldn’t go for a covter instead he would apply a butterfly hold, using it to bring Togashi to his feet to follow with a Tiger Driver for another nearfall!

AM: Wow. Our own champion, Corey O’Brian, is one of the head trainers in DPW Dojo, so it’s no suprise that someone who learned from an experienced technician like O’Brian would be able to come up with offense like that.

Evans would reach into his boots for a Slim Jim again, but as he was opening up the package Togashi was able to get up and hit him with a backdrop! A dazed Evans couldn’t defend himself as Togashi brought him to his feet for the Suicide Plex and a three count.

XS: And his showboating backfired big time! I dont think O’Brian taught those shenanigans. I’m sure he might have some words for the kid after tonight.

AM: Well beef sticks aside, Evans did impress tonight, not only with his win over Kevin Williams, but he was able to press an advantage over a top-notch wrestler in Masashi Togashi. If that’s what the DPW Dojo can bring out I’m already looking forward to the next graduate in action.

MATCH TWO: Shinokumo vs Chris DaMico

DaMico was wary of Shinokumo, their last battle not going so well, delivering kicks to the legs while using his speed advantage to keep his distance. Shinokumo eventually would grab DaMico’s leg and give him a dragon screw before mounting him and delivering right hands! This was stopped by the official, and DaMico would try to roll to the ring to recover but Shinokumo dragged him to the center of the ring for a knee drop to the back of the head. Shinokumo went to the ropes for an elbow... but DaMico rolled away, then got up and crossed the arms of Shinokumo as if going for a Delphin Clutch, only he would secure the arms with his legs, rolling onto his back holding onto Shinokumo’s arms while working the neck with his crossed legs working as a vice!

AM: He told me about this hold, he calls it the “Delphin Lock”

Shinokumo would get the ropes with his legs, so DaMico was forced to let go of the hold but quickly rolled Shinokumo with a small package for a two count. DaMico would wrench the arm for La Rosa Del Entiero but... MIST IN THE EYES! DaMico would let go of the setup, and Shinokumo would deliver a brainbuster before going to the top with a moonsault. One, two, NO! Shinokumo applied a claw hold, however DaMico stomped on Shinokumo’s foot, grabbing onto the claw arm than jumped up and wrapped his legs around Shinokumo, gravity forcing Shinokumo to the canvas!

XS: Six Seconds Magic-like armbar here!

DaMico’s submission attempt was again foiled by the ropes, and DaMico would this time follow up with the one-legged dropkick sending Shinokumo out of the ring and to the floor. DaMico would set up for a dive but put the brakes on when Shinokumo rolled into the ring. He would then set up for the Frosion, but Shinokumo took the backdoor, spun DaMico around, kicked him in the gut then hit the Blood Web Driver! One, two, NO! Shinokumo would argue the count with the ref, and this allowed DaMico to get the opportunity he needed, hopping on Shinokumo’s shoulders, spinning around and rolling into a Mysterio Rana! One, two, three!

AM: Out of NOWHERE with that suprise rollup move, and Shinokumo, a heavy favorite in this tournament, has been beaten by DaMico! So “The King of Roses” will face “The Dragon King” in two days!

XS: But now it’s time for the main event. Now, this match IS for the DPW championship, but if Chris Koger wins he will NOT walk away with the belt. That’s because this is match one of a best of three series. By the end of the weekend, either Koger or O’Brian will have two falls over the other, and the one that accomplishes that will be the DPW World Champion. O’Brian is set to make his debut in the UBL promotion, and rest assured he wants to bring that belt with him when he shows that DPW is indeed where the best wrestlers in the world square off.


MAIN EVENT: DPW CHAMPIONSHIP THREE MATCH SERIES FIRST FALL- CHRIS KOGER vs COREY O’BRIAN (c)

O’Brian lunges forward to lock up but Koger backs away, hesitant to grapple with the champ. This repeats itself until Corey loses his patience and SHOOTS at Koger, taking him down and smoothly transitioning to a Jujigatame, making Koger grab the ropes. He tried to roll out of the ring but Corey pulled him into the middle, dropping a leg on the arm and sitting on it as he pulled it up wristfirst. Koger would crawl to the ropes and grab them again, and Corey would pull Koger to his feet for a backdrop! Floatover, one, two, kickout. Koger got to his feet and locked up with O’Brian, and stomps on the foot of the champ before elbowing him in the face and following with a knee lift and a fireman’s carry, ending up with a sleeper.

AM: Both men pulling out all the stops, the first fall is definately a critical one.

O’Brian manages to get to his feet and break the sleeper going to a hammerlock but Koger elbows O’Brian in the face and sets for a German but Corey wrapped his legs on the rope to block the throw, allowing him to elbow out as well, heading to the ropes, a Shotei was ducked, and Koger delivered a vertical suplex before heading to the top rope for an elbow drop... Koger hit it dead on! One, two, kickout. O’Brian got to a veritcal base with Koger, applying a Courting Hold and delivering an arm drag, applying an armbar to continue his gameplan. Koger would instead of going to the ropes bridge out and escape the hold on his own, suprising the champ with a lariat as they got to their feet. He set for the Koger Driver, but O’Brian landed behind him on his feet, spun Koger around to set him for the Core Meltdown but Koger back body dropped out of it, picking O’Brian up and using the Patriot Act (Tornado Bomb)! After a two count, O’Brian got a shoulder up and locked in a triangle choke! Koger would posture up and slam O’Brian into the canvas, breaking the hold as Koger went to the ropes to recover.

XS: This is brutal, folks.

O’Brian got to his feet before Koger did, and held out his open hand to signal for the Shotei, and NAILED Koger with it head on as he got up, going for the cover. One, two... Koger thumbed him in the eye and the referee was out of position! The referee thought Koger merely kicked out, and Koger took advantage, nailing a Koger Driver! He didn’t go for the cover, instead he went to the top rope. O’Brian slowly got to his feet, and Koger dove off, a 255-pounder scissoring Corey’s neck with his legs and flipping backwards with a rana! One, two, three! Fans would throw trash at Koger as he got to his feet, arms raised in the air, then made a belt motion to the dazed O’Brian as he left the ring.

AM: Well, he used a cheap shot to get the win, but truth be told, that diving rana was impressive for a big man like Koger.

XS: Yeah... got to wonder if O’Brian can find an answer to that, if not, we’ll have a new world champion before the end of the weekend.

AM: Well he’s got 24 hours to try to figure out how he can stop Koger’s momentum, and that’s just to even it up. DaMico and Togashi on the other hand get a day to rest and scout out their potential competition.

XS: Poor Jin Haisha will need all the rest in the world to recover from that absolute mauling at the hands of Monster Takeshi, he’ll be opening up tommorrow night’s show with special guest Sam S. McCloud of Team Moon Gas 200 Yen.

AM: You can’t spell wacky without Team Moon Gas 200 Yen... if you’re a bad speller that is. Well until tommorrow night this is Angus MacDudley and Xander Starr saying good night!

HOLY WARS FINALLY UP

AM: Welcome everyone to DPW Holy Wars live at the BankAtlantic Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I’m Angus MacDudley and with me as always, Xander Starr.

XS: Tonight we have NINE big matchups lined up for our fans tonight, including the icon Corey O’Brian challenging the undefeated Monster Takeshi for the DPW World Championship. Also tonight, a grudge match, The Razorback Mike Blood faces off against “American Made” Chris Koger, who has made himself the most hated man in DPW right now.

AM: Well we are about to have our first contest, folks, Jin Haisha is facing off against the man who made his comeback at Winter of Souls, Masashi Togashi.

MATCH ONE: JIN HAISHA VS MASASHI TOGASHI

Togashi slaps his own chest and motioning for Haisha to come over to start this contest

AM: Togashi letting “Most Failure” get the first shot...

Haisha walks over to the legend like a rookie cop approaching a bomb... and nails a big chop, but while it did little to Masashi Togashi, Haisha shakes his own hand. Togashi then fires back with a series of chops knocking Jin Haisha to the corner, then tosses him to the center of the ring. The dazed jobber rises to his feet but is immediately floored with a lariat.

XS: Ouch! Togashi going for the cover, one, two... Haisha barely kicks out.

Togashi pulls Haisha up and goes to the ropes, but Haisha ducks the second lariat attempt and fires back with a series of chops! These catch the Dragon King by suprise and he gets knocked to the canvas, Haisha however too occupied with shaking his hand to make a cover. Togashi gets back to his feet and sets up for a vertical suplex, but Haisha blocks it and hits one of his own before going to the corner and stamping his feet!

AM: What’s Haisha going for here...

Togashi gets up and Haisha goes for a superkick, but Togashi blocks it, throwing Haisha’s leg down before grabbing his arms and throwing him with the Suicide Plex! The academic cover gets a three count.

XS: And The Dragon King making quick work of Jin Haisha tonight. Togashi helping Haisha to his feet and giving him a pat on the shoulder for the effort.

AM: Jin Haisha tries so hard to do well here in DPW but has yet to win a single match. You really got to admire his willingness to keep on going despite loss after loss.

MATCH TWO: CHRIS DaMICO VS REIKA (w/ Frank Desmond)

Chris DaMico offers his hand to the female phenom, who takes it thinking he was going to shake her hand, but instead he kisses it. Desmond goes onto the apron to yell at him, and REIKA is distracted, opening her up for an elbow to the face followed up by a quick backslide for a nearfall

XS: What a cheap shot by DaMico, and he knows full well of the relationship between REIKA and Desmond.

REIKA gets to her feet and unloads with a pair of chops and a snapmare, locking DaMico in a sleeper. DaMico counters by grabbing her sleeper arm and wringing her arm as he goes behind her, then rolls her into a Magistral for another nearfall. REIKA rolls to her feet and dropkicks DaMico, who kips up and hits a one-legged dropkick, then went for a jackknife pin. REIKA however used her legs to hook his arms and rolls him to a pinning combination for a nearfall. DaMico kicked out and rolled out of the ring, and REIKA headed to the opposite ropes before launching herself through the ropes onto DaMico!

AM: OH! Nice suicida by REIKA there.

XS: And it’s energetic offense like that that make REIKA so popular with the fans.

REIKA rolls DaMico back into the ring and follows him for a cover, but Chris gets his foot on the bottom rope. REIKA then signals to the crowd and pulls DaMico to his feet setting for her Northern Lights Suplex Hold, but DaMico blocked it and hit the DaMico DDT! He then got to his feet, crossed her arms, and used his leg to secure them as pulled her legs up and posed!

AM: Delphin Clutch! One, two, REIKA gets out!

DaMico was unfazed by this, delivering a snap suplex as he went to the top rope, going for the moonsault that defeated REIKA the last time they battled. REIKA however rolled out of the way at the last moment, and DaMico landed on the canvas. REIKA pulled herself to her feet just as DaMico did, and he grabbed her arm to set for La Rosa Del Entiero, but REIKA elbowed him in the face and whipped him into the ropes, hitting him with a flying lariat before heading to the top rope....

XS: Here it comes... REIKA DiveBomb!

REIKA lands her signature 450 splash, and the ref counted to three!

AM: Nicely done contest between REIKA and DaMico. Coming up next, one of the most brutal teams in DPW, Red Death, team up to face a team that has never won as a unit, Team Handsome Tokyo.

MATCH THREE: RED DEATH (Genocide and Shinokumo) vs TEAM HANDSOME TOKYO (Yoshiro Tenmaku and Jintaro Mazaki)

Jintaro and Genocide start the match. Jintaro circles the shooter, who eventually grows tired of it and unloads with a forearm to the throat, then mounted Jintaro and unloaded with a series of punches. The referee started a five count and Mazaki was let go. “Mr. J” tried to get to Tenmaku but Genocide pulled him to the center of the ring and used a leglock to hold him back. Mazaki kicked Genocide in the face, rolling to his corner but Genocide cut off the tag by hitting Tenmaku off the apron and hiptossed him into the Red Death corner. He tagged in Shinokumo who went to the top rope and hit a knee drop, pinning Mazaki for a two count.

XS: Red Death doing what they do best, and that’s isolating one man and picking him into pieces.

Shinokumo hammers away at Jintaro and Mazaki answered by kicking him in the ribs, snapmaring him and going for a sleeper.

AM: Mazaki should be going for a tag not working over Shinokumo what is he thinking?

Shinokumo makes it to his feet and Jintaro jumps on his back using his legs to scissor the waist of Shinokumo, who simply falls backwards and bridges, forcing Jintaro to let go so he could avoid being pinned. Shinokumo moved between Jintaro and Tenmaku then elbowed him in the face as he got to his feet. Jintaro grabbed a second elbow and used an arm wringer, using his other hand to tag Tenmaku! Yoshiro got to his feet and wrung the other arm, and the both of them would use their near legs to kick Shinokumo in the face! Tenmaku went to the top rope and went for a Corkscrew Moonsault, but Shinokumo lifted his knees up! Shinokumo then went to the neutral corner to set up for a moonsault of his own, but Jintaro ran to the corner and did what can only be described as a Jumping J-Cutter with Shinokumo’s head hitting the post!

XS: The J-Cutter! Jintaro can hit that from anywhere, and he just proved it!

Tenmaku went behind Shinokumo then hit the Kudome Valentine, covering him for a nearfall. Shinokumo would block a kneelkick and headed to the ropes, smashing Tenmaku’s face in with a leg lariat, then nailed a vicious brainbuster. Tag to Genocide, who delivered MMA style knees to Tenmaku until Mazaki came to his partners rescue, nailing him with a Gamengiri. Shinokumo went inside the ring, but Mazaki gave him a Gamengiri as well, knocking him to a knee, setting for Tenmaku’s “Shining Sex Symbol”. Genocide went to hit Tenmaku with a roaring elbow but Mazaki stopped him after the rotation and nailed a J-Germany! Tenmaku would make the cover, but Genocide would kick out at two and tag back to Shinokumo. Shinokumo wasted no time hitting Tenmaku with a Nothern Lights Bomb and made a nearfall, prompting an attempt at the Blood Web Driver. Tenmaku however went between Shinokumo’s legs and tagged in Mazaki, who hit the “J-Rush”, sending Genocide to his knees again. The team nodded at each other, and headed to the ropes, jumping onto them and springboarding off into a double Kenka Kick to the face of Shinokumo!

AM: They call that Hachiko Square!

Tenmaku cut off Genocide as Jintaro made the cover, and the referee’s hand hit the mat three times!

XS: They did it! Team Handsome Tokyo pick up their first win as a team here in DPW!

MATCH FOUR: FRANK DESMOND (w/ REIKA) vs KEVIN WILLIAMS

Desmond and Williams locked up in the middle of the ring jockeying for position, and Kevin would stomp on Desmond’s foot before elbowing him. Desmond would fire back with a chop and the two would exchange blows before Williams blocked a chop and dragged him to the mat with a fujiwar armbar, and Desmond would make it to the ropes. Both men got back to their feet, Kevin attempted a dropkick but Desmond stepped away, then got to his feet to duck an attempt for a chokeslam, but couldn’t evade a kick to the stomach followed by a suplex floated over to a one count. Back to a standing position, Kevin dropkicked Desmond in the chest and went to the top rope, but his knee drop attempt ended in failure when Desmond rolled away. Desmond wisely applied a figure four!

AM: Very back and forth bout so far.

Kevin turned over and grabbed onto the bottom rope, and the two got back to a neutral position. The two could trade chops and Kevin would kick Desmond in the chest and drop him with the piledriver! A two count would follow, and Desmond would counteract it with a stunner! Desmond would get to the apron and prepare to hit the Jackpot Kick, but when Kevin got up he managed to get to Desmond’s rope and make him jump back to avoid crotching himself. Kevin would then hit him with a lariat knocking him on the apron, before going to the top rope and delivering a knee drop to Desmond!

XS: NICE! I’ve never seen that before.

Kevin rolled back into the ring and dragged Desmond into the ring proper, climing to the top again, this time for a Revolutionized but Desmond would roll away! Kevin got up holding his back and turned around... right into a chokeslam! Desmond hooked the leg, one, two, three!

MATCH FIVE: Robert Gemini vs Socks O’Brian

Robert Gemini comes out alone without his mentor Koger, but still gets booed for being associated with the man who is against all that DPW stands for. Socks, on the other hand, is as popular as ever as he slaps hands with the fans to “Sweet Child O’ Mine”, but Koger jumps the rail and hits Socks over the back of the head with a chair!

AM: What a cheap shot!

Gemini wastes no time in setting Socks for the Falling Star, but Socks, wether by having a bit of awareness still with him, Gemini failing to secure the move properly, or by sheer luck, slips out of Gemini’s hands and lands on the canvas. Gemini attempts to set him up again, but this time Socks rolls through with a sunset flip... one, two, three! Gemini was completely caught off guard and is beside himself, and Koger immediately argues with the ref that that was a fast count.

XS: Oh, yeah, he’s one to talk, he assaulted Socks to give his student an easy win! He’s just upset that his plan backfired! Serves them right!

Socks is still dazed from the chairshot and begins to stand up when Koger hits him with the Patriot Act, then sets him up for the Koger Driver until Mike Blood and Corey O’Brian come out for the save, causing the jingoistic heels to bail. Corey helps his cousin up as Blood starts yelling at Koger, yelling, “DON’T FORGET, YOUR ASS IS MINE TONIGHT!”

AM: If Koger wasn’t already the most hated man in DPW right now, he definately is now..

Then, October Raven himself comes out through the curtains, and Koger froze in his tracks

OR: Alright, Koger. What did I tell you about assaulting wrestlers? Didn’t I tell you not to pull that again? Well Koger, I warned you, and this time I’m going to do something about it. So here’s the deal Koger. If Mike Blood beats you tonight... you’re out, you’re barred from DPW for life.

Koger: What do I get if I win?

OR: Your fucking paycheck. What, you think I’m going to reward you after what you did?

Koger takes a step towards October

OR: You want to start something, punk? Take one more step closer to me and I’ll choke your ass out right here right now. I’m not done. The both of you are going to be confined to your dressing rooms during the next match. And if ANYONE, that means Gemini, that means either of the O’Brians, that means ANYONE does any more run-ins tonight, they will be suspended for a year without pay on the spot! NOW I’m done.

OR heads to the back, and Koger and Blood exchange glances and threats before they leave the arena as well.

AM: The boss laying down the law again, showing Koger that there is zero tolerance for shenanigans in DPW.

MATCH SIX: Hotaka Tokudo vs. Thomas Clarke

Unlike the previous match, this starts out fair and square, with Tokudo and Clarke locking up. Tokudo has the obvious strength advantage but Clarke manages to use leverage to throw him into a suplex for a quick one count. Still holding the knuckle lock, Tokudo twists the arms of Clarke, releasing to hit him with a series of elbows sending Clarke to the outside to recover.

XS: The Battle Lord is all business tonight.

Clarke rolls back in the ring at 8 and ducks another elbow before returning the favor with closed fists. Tokudo blocks one of the blows and delivers a Greco-Roman style belly to belly then a knee drop for a two count. Clarke gets back up only to get thrown again by another huge suplex by Tokudo, this one being followed up by a lariat. Tokudo then sets for the Karelin’s Lift but Clarke manages to break Tokudo’s grip, slip behind him, and hit Her Majesty’s Backbreaker before settling into a half crab!

AM: Clarke with a very clever counter to the Karelin’s Lift, a move designed to have complete leverage over an opponent.

Tokudo manages to get a rope break and they get back into a neutral position. Tokudo goes for a vertical suplex, but Clarke catches Tokudo’s leg, gets a hammerlock go-behind before bringing him down to the canvas, before going back to the leg to work on it. Again Tokudo gets to the ropes, and goes to the ropes for a lariat but is slowed down enough for Clarke to duck under and catch Tokudo on the way back with a powerslam! He then measures up Tokudo for the London Bomber but Tokudo ducks and catches him, and barely manages to throw him for a release German! After struggling to his feet, he gets the dazed Clarke in position for the Bohi, but Clarke starts to counter it into a tombstone of his own, but Tokudo’s leg gives out on him before Clarke could land on his own feet! The cover gets two. Clarke picks up Tokudo for Her Majesty’s Backdrop, but is unable to capitalize with a pinfall. Instead Tokudo gets to his feet, and Clarke manages to at the same time... and a simultaneous lariat and London Bomber floors both men!

XS: This could be it! Whoever can get the cover will probably get the win here!

Clarke manages to turn over and drape his arm over Tokudo, and the ref counts!

AM: ONE! TWO! NO!

Tokudo got his shoulder up, then uses the momentum to turn Clarke over while his own arm is draped over the English Hero!

XS: ONE! TWO! NO!

Clarke is unable to turn over like Tokudo did, and the referee starts a count. By 8 both men are back to a neutral base. Clarke hits the London Bomber but Tokudo gets right back up and nails a lariat! Clarke gets back up himself and goes for another London Bomber, but it’s ducked, and Tokudo hits a quick Bohi! It was clear that he didn’t get all of it because of his injured leg, but he picked Clarke up and hit another Bohi for good measure before making the cover... one... two... THREE!

MATCH SEVEN: Chris Koger vs Mike Blood

Koger is triple-checked for foreign objects before the match starts, and all the while Blood is cracking his knuckles. The bell rings and Mike charges at him making Koger duck out of the ring to the displeasure of the fans. Eventually Blood is fed up with waiting for him to get back in the ring that he goes out there and throws Koger back in himelf. Koger gets to his feet and fires off some right hands but Blood returns the favor and nails a huge scoop slam and Koger rolls out of the ring before Blood can do more damage. Blood doesn’t even wait this time though and goes right after Koger, smashing his head into the ringpost and guardrail before rolling him back into the ring. Suddenly, October Raven stepped out again, but doesn’t say anything. Both Blood and Koger look to see if he does, but Koger quickly uses this to his advantage to hit a release suplex before going to the top for a flying elbow... that misses it’s mark as Blood rolls away. Koger starts to beg off but Blood will have nothing of it, picking Koger up and pointing to the ropes, but Koger stomps on his foot and nails another fist before delivering a Manhattan Drop and a Boston Crab. Blood manages to power out of the hold, and Koger ends up on one knee... and Blood gets ready to deliver the ‘Bloody Wizard’ but Koger rolls out of the ring and heads up the ramp.

OR: Don’t forget. You lose, you’re fired.

Koger glares at October Raven and rolls back into the ring, and Blood is waiting for him setting up his elbow pad. Koger rolls back out and circles the ring, getting back on the apron. Blood takes the bait and Koger grabs him by the head and drops him neckfirst on the ropes! He gets back in the ring and stomps on Blood before picking him up and nailing a belly to belly and a delayed suplex, finally hitting the Patriot Act for a nearfall. He starts arguing with the referee, then looks over his shoulder to see Blood measuring him for a Superkick, so Koger throws the referee into Blood, who accidentally kicks the referee! Unfazed by this cheap tactic, Blood elbows Koger and throws him to the ropes....

XS: LARIATOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

But there’s nobody to make the cover! The boss had already headed to the back after Koger finally started getting back in the ring, so Blood had to try to revive the referee. Before he could though, Koger hit him with a low blow, then nailed a Koger Driver just as the referee came to!

XS: No! No! No! Dammit, that’s three!

“1776” by Iced Earth plays as fans start to throw garbage into the ring, obviously upset with the way Koger cheated to keep his job. Eventually rent-a-cops escorted Koger to the back to prevent a riot from starting.

AM: Koger remains unbeaten in DPW, although that was anything but a fair win.

XS: Well we’re about to go to our title matches, but before we do so let me go over something for those unfamiliar with DPW. We don’t believe in the champion keeping his belt if he loses by countout or DQ. It allows for unsportsmanlike behavior to intentionally avoid having to beat their opponent. A champion should be able to defend his title by WINNING, and that’s why in DPW, if the champion loses in ANY form he loses the title.

MATCH EIGHT: Tag Team Championship: Satanic Legion (Raiku Daisatsu and Eric Gacy) vs EUROSTAR(c) (Amazing Jean-Paul and Tony Pescarelli) (c)

AM: AJP and Pescarelli, now calling themselves “EUROSTAR”, are looking to prove that their title win was no fluke...

As soon as Angus says that, the bell rings and Daisatsu forearms AJP in the face before throwing him to the floor. Pescarelli goes to the top for a crossbody but Gacy shoves him down onto the canvas. AJP rolls into the ring and Daisatsu hits him with a Death Valley Bomb before mounting him and nailing headbutt after headbutt on Amazing Jean-Paul until Tony breaks it. AJP evades another attempt at a headbutt and nails a jumping roundhouse before tagging in Pescarelli. Tony nailed a backdrop and used a keylock to try and hold down Daisatsu, but he put a foot on the ropes. Tony tried a suplex but Daisatsu blocked it and nailed a scoop slam before tagging out to Gacy. Daisatsu whipped Tony into the ropes and Gacy caught him on the rebound giving him a flapjack and Tony rolled to the corner for a tag, and Gacy... let him.

XS: Huh. Gacy might not be a veteran. Then again, we know NOTHING about this guy. We run a background check on all our wrestlers, but we couldn’t get anything on Gacy. We don’t know where he’s from, when he was born, where he went to school, we don’t even know if that’s his real name.

AJP nailed a running forearm to stun Gacy, and yelled “STARMAN FOREVER!” before heading to the ropes for a cross chop, which only made Gacy fall to one knee. He went again to the ropes but Gacy recovered and booted him right in the skull!

AM: They call that “The Spike Through The Head”

Gacy followed up with a shoulderbreaker then an elbow drop, and went for a cover. Tony got the save but Daisatsu got a hold of him, and Daisatsu hit him with the Satanic Offering! Then, Gacy put AJP in a gutwrench position, then spun him around in the air before letting him go sending him crashing into the canvas!

XS: BLACK SPIRAL DANCE! IT’S OVER!

Xander was right. One, two, three.

AM: And just like that, we have new tag team champions, who absolutely ran over EUROSTAR, one of the most talented pairings I’ve seen in a long time.

MAIN EVENT: World Championship: Corey O’Brian vs Monster Takeshi(c)

O’Brian and Takeshi both get streamers during the introductions (handled by Angus MacDudley himself) and when the bell rang, O’Brian immediately shot at Takeshi with a MMA-style takedown, floating over to a Jujigatame position until Takeshi got to the ropes. Both men got to their feet and Corey started blasting away at the larger Takeshi with a series of chops to the chest and throat until the referee broke it up. They locked horns and Takeshi was able to throw O’Brian into the corner and hammered away at him with punches to the head, the referee counting to four before Takeshi relented, then used a Vader Crush! He then powerslammed O’Brian for a two count, then hefted him up for a scoopslam, but Corey got to his feet and attempted a sleeper, but Takeshi fell backwards sending O’Brian into the canvas.

XS: In a word: Ow.

Takeshi went to the ropes for a knee drop but O’Brian again got out of the way, and caught Takeshi trying to synch in a Fujiwar Armbar, but again Takeshi managed to fight his way to the ropes. Both men get to their feet, and O’Brian trades chops for elbows until being backed into the ropes. Takeshi tries a Knockout Lariat but Corey ducks down holding the ropes making the big man spill to the floor! Not wanting to let Takeshi recover, he rolled to the arpon and gave Takeshi a modified Calf Branding on the outside before hammering him with elbows.

AM: Corey may have stumbled upon something here!

O’Brian rolls the champion into the ring for a cover, one, two, KICKOUT! Corey immediately hit a lariat stunning Takeshi but not flooring him, and then went to the ropes again to hit a SHOTEI that took the big man down, before going to the top rope for a moonsault!

XS: Classic O’Brian! This was his first finishing move, back from his days as The Silver Ronin!

Unfortunately he’d only get two and a half, and he would go again for a running attack but Takeshi would boot him in the face before delivering a Falcon Arrow Driver. Instead of going for the pinfall however, he puts O’Brian on the top rope facing away from the ring, going to the apron and ascending the turnbuckle...

AM: This isn’t good...

XS: He’s going for the Super Tokyo Tower Bomb, this is how he beat O’Brian last time...

Corey however puts on the brakes, and backdrops Takeshi before falling off the turnbuckle and, by luck or momentum, onto Takeshi! One, two... KICKOUT

AM: What does Corey have to do to put Takeshi away?

Corey attempts to answer that question by getting a hold of the champ’s legs to set for the Sharpshooter, but is kicked off and Takeshi recovers to nail the Knockout Lariat! He pulls O’Brian to his feet, then delivers the Tokyo Tower Bomb!

XS: That’s it it’s over.

One... two... COREY GETS THE SHOULDER UP! The crowd goes INSANE and Takeshi is beside himself, setting O’Brian again for the Tokyo Tower Bomb, only Corey manages to pry Takeshi’s hands off of him and lands on his feet behind him, turning around to deliver a rare dropkick to the back of Takeshi sending him over the ropes and to the floor! Corey follows him out and JUMPS on him, Thesz press style, and the two duke it out on the floor as the ref continues to count.

XS: I think it’s no longer a question of who is going to win, but who is going to survive at this point.

Corey manages to gain the upper hand and sets for a Core Meltdown, but Takeshi blocks him and throws him over his head with a back body drop. Corey ROARS and gets to his feet, EATS a Knockout Lariat before delivering a Shotei and the both of them go down as the referee reaches 15... 16 and Corey is on his feet... 17 and Takeshi gets to a knee... 18 and Corey delivers a rare closed fist to the head as Takeshi stands... 19 as Corey whips Takeshi into the guardrail... and rolls back into the ring just before 20!

AM: HE DID IT! IT WASN’T PRETTY, IT WASN’T A PINFALL, BUT HE DID IT! COREY HAS SLAIN THE MONSTER!

XS: And normally this would mean Takeshi retains, but DPW doesn’t play by those rules! After one of the most impressive title runs in history, Corey O’Brian has become the DPW World Champion, and thus the first person in the company to hold both the Tag Team gold and the singles gold!

AM: Corey is just now getting to his feet... and I think he just realized it too, he’s the new champ! And everyone here in Ft. Lauderdale, a half-hour drive from his hometown of Hialeah, is on their feet as well!

At that, Socks O’Brian, Frank Desmond, REIKA, Mike Blood, and Thomas Clarke come out to celebrate with the new champion as his theme, “Oki Kuma’s Adventure” by Machinae Supremacy plays. Eventually the rest of the roster comes to the rim, sans the Satanic Legion, and even Chris Koger comes out. EVERYONE in the ring stares at him, suspecting that he was going to ruin the celebration. But all he does is clap, possibly sarcastically, and make a ‘belt on waist’ motion before heading to the back. Finally, Monster Takeshi gets back into the ring, and stares at O’Brian... and shakes his hand! The two raise each other’s arms to close this historic show!

DPW Holy Wars Card

DPW presents the Holy Wars card, featuring nine huge bouts, including the first title defense of the new Tag Team Champions, Amazing Jean-Paul and Tony Pescarelli (now dubbed "EUROSTAR"), Mike Blood and Chris Koger duking it out, Red Death teaming up, and Corey O'Brian challenging once again for the World Title.

DPW Winter of Souls Recap

AM: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome once again to another exciting DPW show, Winter of Souls, live at the BankAntlantic center. We got eight exciting matches lined up, and as always, the very best in wrestling will be in action, including a new face, as well as someone that we don't even know who he is!

XS: That's right Angus but we'll get to that when it comes. Also tonight, the match that DPW fans have been waiting to see. It's a classic bout between the unstoppable force and the immovable object. The former is the submission master, the man who is known for seperating the shoulder of Socks O'Brian in less than two minuites, Genocide. And of course he faces the unbeaten Monster Takeshi, DPW's champion and a man who has laid waste to the best in the business.

AM: But right now, we got everyone's favorite loser, "Most Failure" himself, Jin Haisha. And DPW's answer to Glass Joe has his work cut out for him against the Battle Lord, Hotaka Tokudo.

Haisha X<12:15- Dragon Sleeper>Tokudo O

XS: Got to give credit to Haisha, he took several Bohis and Release Germans, and even hit his Superkick!

AM: But Haisha couldn't last forever, and that Dragon Sleeper was the final nail in the coffin.

XS: Right you are. Coming up next is The Satanic Legion vs the hottest couple in wrestling, Frank Desmond and REIKA. The Satanic Legion is a new team formed by Raiku Daisatsu and newcomer Eric Gacy. They sent us a tape showing what Gacy can do, and man, he is one scary competitor, and I've seen a lot of creeps in my career.

AM: Aye. The most freakish thing about this guy is his emotion when in the ring. It's not anger, or delight... it's like watching his opponents writhe in pain is like a science project to him.

*After the match, Daisatsu and Gacy kneel and pray in the middle of the ring, while Desmond checked on REIKA.*

XS: ...Oh man... they absolutely destroyed REIKA and Desmond.

AM: The two youngers put up a fight, but they didn't have a chance. Especially when Gacy was in the ring. He was so dominating it took both of them just to hold him off.

XS: Desmond is taking REIKA to the back, hopefully she's okay, we'll get back to you on her condition. But right now, Mike Blood is facing "The Star" Robert Gemini, who has become the protege of Chris Koger as of late.

Blood O <17:02- Ground Gamengiri> Gemini X

AM: Well thats one way to a win a match.

XS: Gemini was setting up for that "Perfect 10 Figure Four" of his, but Blood kicked him in the jaw and managed to score a suprise fall on Gemini! And Mike Blood picks up yet another win in what's turning out to be a great show.

AM: And this next match should be a good one too. Two of DPW's oldest tag teams, Team Handsome Tokyo and Anarchy In The UK, will meet for the first time. It'll be interesting to see which of these two athletic and talented teams will come out on top.

Mazaki/Tenmaku X<29:05- Anarchy Slam>Williams/Clarke O

XS: A nice finish to a match that was down to the very wire, and a great display of teamwork from Anarchy in the UK.

AM: That Anarchy Slam from Williams, then Clarke held Mazaki in place for a dropkick that kept Mr. J on the mat long enough for Clarke to pin Yoshiro Tenmaku. And THT has nothing to be ashamed of here.

XS: And while this match has had athletes with similar styles showing their skill, this match is going to feature wrestlers with vastly different styles.

DaMico X<13:52- Knockout Strike>Shinokumo O

XS: And another sudden finish to a great contest.

AM: Shinokumo dished out the punishment and DaMico fought back, but as the match went on, DaMico was taking the toll from that head wound and eventually he just couldn't keep on fighting.

XS: It's good that this match did end before he got seriously hurt... speaking of which, an update on REIKA, she's going to be sore in the morning but she won't need medical attention, just a lot of ice packs.

AM: That's good to hear. And at the risk of sounding biased, one man I hope to see needing an ice pack is coming out tonight, Chris Koger. At Elysian Fields after knocking out Yoshiro Tenmaku with his Koger Driver, he viciously did the same to Jintaro Mazaki. The boss put a stop to it and now Koger has to face a mystery opponent. And on top of that, if he attacks the mystery man before or after this match, he will never wrestle in DPW again!

Koger O<17:04- Release German Suplex>Togashi X

AM: Well, as much as I can't stand the guy, I got to give Koger credit for that win.

XS: Togashi was really in charge, but Koger turned the tables with a Koger Driver on the floor, then a few minuites later, a second Koger Driver, followed by that Geman Suplex, lead to a three count and... oh great he's got a mic.

Koger: That was it? That was the big punishment? You just fed me another Japanese loser? I want a challenge! Why don't you stop protecting your champion, and let me do what I just did to Togashi here? What do you have to say about that, boss? Huh? ANSWER ME!

::Instead of October Raven, he was answered by the sounds of Megadeth's "Crush Em" as Mike Blood came out to the arena in street clothes.::

Blood: I think I speak for everyone in the locker room, everyone in the stands, and everyone watching in their homes... when I say "Shut your mouth, punk!" You might be a great wrestler, and a hell of an athlete... but you got no respect for the guys here who deserve a hell of a lot more respect than you do. AM: Jean-Paul hit an axe kick on O'Brian's neck, allowing Tony Pescarelli to huge his Naples Clutch finishing hold, while keeping Socks at bay with a roundhouse kick... and Corey passed out in the hold, and now we have new champs.

XS: Corey has come to, and now he's shaking hands with the new champs, what a great display of sportsmanship from O'Brian.

AM: Well I sincerly doubt a handshake will happen after this next match. Two men who have been unstoppable in singles action finally collide. Genocide, the submission master known for his dangerous armbars, faces off against Monster Takeshi, who is known for his dominating size and power. One of them has to lose... but who?

XS: Well, it wasn't pretty but it worked.

AM: These two really went at it. Kimura Armbars, Tokyo Tower Bombs, just about all their big moves in fact were thrown out for this bout. But in the end, a bloodied Monster Takeshi slammed Genocide to the canvas and that was all she wrote.

XS: Monster Takeshi has defeated yet another challenger to his spot as the top man in the DPW... the only question is, who will be the next to step up to the unbeaten champ?

DPW staff recently received a video tape with an inverted pentagram drawn on the label. After playing it, October Raven decided to have it publicly posted.



October Raven acknolwedges that he did in fact recently sign a wrestler named Eric Gacy and he will be in the next DPW event.

DPW wrestler Kevin Williams made a publicity appearance at the FYE store Sawgrass Mills Mall to promote DPW Japan Tour on DVD.

As we speak DPW staff is working on the card for the next show, but one thing is for certain: DPW Chamion Monster Takeshi will defend his title against Genocide.

AM: Welcome to Demolition Pro Wrestling's Elysian Fields, live at the Bank Antlantic Center! We got the very best athletes in the world showcased in eight amazing battles.

XS: And boy oh boy do we have a treat for you, folks. Chris Koger is going to get his just desserts from Yoshiro Tenmaku, the man he screwed over at the Dome Show, and his tag team parter Jintaro Mazaki.

AM: Well our main event may just be the last match ever for Frank Desmond, because he's facing the unstoppable champion, Monster Takeshi.

XS: I wouldn't write this off, Angus, you know as much as I do that Desmond is one chokeslam away from winning any match he's in.

AM: But can he chokeslam the largest man in DPW? We'll find out, but first, Jin Haisha faces Chris DaMico. No history between these two but DaMico is looking to get the same kind of momentum that Kevin Williams got from facing Haisha.

XS: Oooh, Haisha must have felt that backdrop.

AM: Well DaMico loves to work the neck, and that "La Rosa Del Entiero" submission hold affects the neck area too, so it's no suprise that a move like a backdrop can be a match ender in the hands of DaMico, who really showed his stuff in that match.

XS: Well next up, Tony Pescarelli takes on the demonic Shinokumo. Interesting clash of styles, Pescarelli a scientific worker where Shinokumo simply tries to destroy his opposition.

AM: Wow. Pescarelli took the beating of a lifetime.

XS: After Blood Web Drivers, Brainbusters, and bleeding like a stuck pig, Pescarelli still fought on, and if he was able to pin after that Captured Suplex it would have been it, but Shinokumo recovered and nailed yet another Blood Web Driver to end it all.

AM: As Pescarelli is taken back to the trainer to take care of those wounds, his tag team partner, Amazing Jean-Paul will face the one and only joshi phenom REIKA. That's going to be one action packed, high paced battle, the kind a junior heavyweight like you, Xander, know all about.

XS: Well I've never faced anyone like the former Savate champion Amazing Jean-Paul or REIKA, but these two kids to remind me of a young me.

AM: You're 24.

AM: Well, that's one way to win a match.

XS: REIKA's ankle may have been tweaked by that Dragon Screw, and sometimes when that happens quite frankly you don't want to kick out. Yeah, she's walking a bit gingerly, but in all likelyhood she'll be fine in a couple days.

AM: It was still a great competitive matchup, however, and it could have just as easily ended with REIKA on top. But this next match is going to get ugly and fast.

XS: The deadly submission master Genocide locks up with the brutal Hotaka Tokudo. One breaks arms the other breaks necks. Genocide has been unstoppable as a singles competitor where Tokudo recently lost to Tenmaku by countout. Let's see what happens.

XS: Oh man, that was brutal. First that vicious series of strikes busting open Tokudo, then that Genocide Kick, and finally the Cobra Twist, too much even for Tokudo to even endure.

AM: That was a brutal, brutal contest, and you got to expect the next bout to be an ugly one too.

XS: Chris Koger and Robert Gemini face a vindictive Team Handsome Tokyo. You know once Tenmaku gets his hands on Koger there is going to be blood.

*Koger lets go of Tenmaku who falls limp on the ground, looking to the entranceway. A long haired, heavyset young man in black jeans and a Six Feet Under T-shirt walks out with a microphone*

XS: That's October Raven, the dude that pays the bills!

OR: If you so much as tap Tenmaku or Mazaki with your toe, I'm having you arrested for assault. Get away from them now!

*Koger reluctantly heads to a nuetral corner, eyeing the boss*

OR: So you wanna be a tough guy, huh? You think you're badass because you take cheap shots at people who can't defend themselves? Well we don't take kindly to that here in DPW. So here's what's going to happen. FIRST OFF, I'm docking you half your wage for tonight's show. Second of all, I got an opponent for you at the next show. And you won't know who it is until the very second he comes out to the ring. And if you try anything funny, if you try to jump him before OR after the bell, you will be BANNED FROM DPW FOR LIFE. Do you understand me? I SAID DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?

OR: Good. Now if I were you, I'd think about how you're going to get home tonight, because you just cost yourself some gas money. I hope it was worth it, asshole. And you can start thinking about it NOW, because you're kicked out of the arena.

AM: October Raven laying down the law tonight, but he can't punish anyone for the next match, because anything goes. It's a no rules contest between Raiku Daisatsu and Mike Blood, a grudge match that was fueled by Daisatsu's winning streak ended by Blood, followed by a crushing series of losses. Now Raiku wants a pound of flesh and he's going to try to take it from The Razorback.

XS: Wow. That had to have been the most brutal contest I've ever seen in my life. Those two went at it like two women fighting over a clearance sale dress.

AM: Sexism for the win there Starr. Good thing we're airing this on the Oxygen network!

XS: Wait what?

AM: Seriously though, Blood is barely able to walk to the back, and Daisatsu has just came too, and you can't tell from his face because he's wearing that mask, but body language shows he is devastated. On a lighter note, the Tag Team titles are about to be on the line.

XS: That's right, Anarchy in the UK, the team of Kevin Williams and Thomas Clarke, are hoping to get some gold here tonight against the O'Brians. Kevin's got a bit of momentum following him, let's see if it can lead to new champs!

AM: Well that's a relief, I mean it would have been a bitter end to that classic if Williams' neck was broken, and everyone giving a standing ovation to that classic bout.

XS: Well the last match we have for us tonight has yet to come... "Mr. Las Vegas" Frank Desmond facing off against Monster Takeshi.

AM: Well, let's hope he kissed his girlfriend REIKA for good luck because he is going to need all the luck in the world in this match.

XS: One hell of an effort by Desmond, but like many people before him, he came up just short.

AM: Man was that impressive folks, that chokeslam from the apron was absolutely sick, I'm amazed that Takeshi was able to recover from that!
